Organic + Barefoot
Over several years at Barefoot, I led and supported design across the agency — building brand systems and guidelines, shaping social media, designing websites, developing pitch decks, and creating motion and content across whatever the work demanded. I became a go-to designer across teams, trusted to step in wherever the brand needed to show up.
As Barefoot and Organic merged into a single offering under the name Organic, the agency repositioned itself as a digital-first brand performance agency. I played a key role in the rebrand — helping evolve the visual identity to reflect speed and modern performance, with a system influenced by motion, velocity, and cues drawn from high-speed environments like autobahn signage. The work extended beyond the rebrand itself — continuing to carry the brand across campaigns, pitches, and digital experiences as it scaled.
